Als Inhaber und CEO eines erfolgreichen Portals für Event-Management stand Andrea Salce im Frühling 2011 vor dem Entscheid, wie er seine IT-Abteilung und Softwareentwicklung weiter ausbauen soll. Nach einem überzeugenden Start mit drei Entwicklern hat er die Nearshoring Strategie konsequent umgesetzt und beschäftigt heute bereits 10 Entwickler in Minsk, Weissrussland. Die Resultate lassen sich sehen: Heute realisiert Salce Colada Softwarepojekte schneller, innovativer und kostengünstiger.
