• Implementation Navigator provides resources, training materials and presentations to support the 15 CII Best Practices.

• Performance Improvement Workshops (PIW) leverage the work of Implementation Champions and practitioners in improving construction project safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance.

• Implementation Tool Box details the Implementation Model, providing contact to CII knowledge experts, and links to CII products and conference presentations.

• Implementation Assistant is a Web-based tool that allows you to create and track implementation plans.

Profile: Communities of Practice (COPs) promote knowledge interchange among CII members and have great potential to influence the course of knowledge management and future CII research.

Key Elements:• COPs are member-driven and promote learning; no limit on membership.• Provide CII member access to subject matter experts• Promote collaboration on current problems in real time through productive inquiry• Enhance the speed of knowledge sharing and transfer• Support performance improvement through practice focus• Create new knowledge; recommend new research• Allow for virtual participation
