2013年4月12-19日在法國巴黎舉行下次中期會議， 2013年4月12 19日在法國巴黎舉行下次中期會議15-16日將舉行大會演講，主題為：新世紀照明的發展趨勢(Toward a New Century of Lights) 。

CIE第28屆大會將於2015年6月28日-7月3日在英國曼徹斯特舉行。曼徹斯特舉行

Div2（光和輻射量測）召開了9個TC會議 其中與LED的光輻射量測

Div2（光和輻射量測）召開了9個TC會議，其中與LED的光輻射量測

直接相關的就有5個，分別關注LED模組、高功率LED的量測、LED

光輻射量測的標準化 另外4個TC也都與LED的量測息息相關 最受光輻射量測的標準化，另外4個TC也都與LED的量測息息相關。最受

關注的是，由美國Yoshi Ohno博士擔任主席的TC2-71 LED燈、燈

具和模組的標準測試方法（CIE Standard on test methods for LED

lamps, luminaires, and modules），將為LED量測制訂CIE標準，

並且CIE已與歐洲標準委員會（CEN）達成協議，此標準也將成為歐

盟標準（EN 13-xxx）。

在中間視覺條件下，光源的發光效率不僅與光源的光譜分佈有關，而且還與人眼的適應水準等有關，因此為了使夜佈有關 而且還與人眼的適應水準等有關 因此為了使夜景照明水準更符合實際視看效果，達到夜景照明節能的要求，就必須合理確定人眼的不同適應水準時光源的發光效率、有效發光效率和有效發光效率係數。

中間視覺光度學(Mesopic photometry)，同時引起4個技術工作組的高度關注和熱烈討論，將聯合成立技術委員會展開研究。

• This TC was established in May 2011 as a part of the new strategies to produce CIE standards on SSL products being discussed since the Bern meeting. The aim is to work with CEN TC169/WG7 (Chair: Guy Vandermeersch) to develop a test method standard for LED lamps, luminaires, and modules, and publish as p , , , pCEN and CIE standards. The CEN document is currently titled “Measurement procedures for the photometry of LED-lamps, modules and luminaires and the presentation of data This standard will be consistent with the IEC performancespresentation of data. This standard will be consistent with the IEC performances requirements.

• After approval of the TC, DD sent out email to D2 mailing list to collect b Th b li i l d 29 btemporary members. The memberlist includes up to now 29 members.

• The TC met in Sun City. Peter Blattner gave a short presentation on the CEN project and Günther Heidel introduced a project of DIN complementing parts of p j p j p g pthe CEN project. TCC also received a Japanese draft standard document from Dr. Shitomi.
