Plan for the “Plan”

• Make the time: review family calendar-weddings, vacations, Boston visits, college responsibilities

• “Keep the Main Thing the Main Thing” hire a house cleaner twice a month to allow for library visits

• Manage the work calendar- conferences, hospital projects (ICRAs), change in surveillance responsibilities, IP software plan

• Identifying new construction projects with vendor outsourcing, obtaining complete and proper ICRAs, weekly monitoring, attending weekly activation meetings

EBOLA…

• Began inservicing ED in August…travel, isolation, PPE

• Designated as a Bronx center in October with DOH visit for “fact-finding” and follow-up visits

• Coordinated with ID team for updates, website collaborations, clarification with Network Learning and PPE updates, signage and inservices

• Cross campus collaboration on Ebola isolation room, drills followed ..repeat process for L&D
