Sexual Harassment: uninvited and unwelcome verbal or physical behavior of a sexual nature especially by a person in authority toward a subordinate (such as an employee or student)

Mediation: the act or process of mediating; especially: intervention between conflicting parties to promote reconciliation, settlement, or compromise.

Diversity: the condition of having or being composed of differing elements : VARIETY; especially : the inclusion of different types of people (such as people of different races or cultures) in a group or organization programs intended to promote diversity in schools

DEFINITION of 'Americans With Disabilities Act -ADA' Legislation passed in 1990 that prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities. Under this Act, discrimination against a disabled person is illegal in employment, transportation, public accommodations, communications and government activities.
