}  St Cassian’s is a spiritual retreat for people of all ages. The people of St Cassian’s encourage followers of all faiths to make time for reflection as part of their daily lives.

}  It has been designed to help people get in touch with their faith, to learn and experience how to find peace and enjoy being part of a welcoming community in the beautiful setting of their country house.

}  Throughout the day, we were invited to do various activities such as

}  Meditation }  Team building activities }  Listen to music in the bean bag room! }  We also listened to the team members about their

own experiences, about their faith and why they wanted to work at St Cassian’s.

}  The Retreat showed us a way of looking at our lives in a different light

}  It showed us the impact God could have on our lives in many ways

}  We were told to live in the present but think of the future. Stop worrying about what the future holds as it is in God’s hands.

}  St Cassian’s is a place of peace where everyone has an opinion that counts

}  You can open up yet not be

judged

}  Everyone’s faith and opinions are respected
