This list has information about each church planter and home missionary including where to send support, the name of the work being started, what their specific needs are, and who their sending church is. Additional insert sheets may be handed out each morning if new participants are added.

Financial commitments made to help these works during the conference can either be given directly to the church planter or to HBBC with the specific designation(s) written on the check. Many pastors have chosen to keep track of their commitments during the week and at the end of the conference write one check to HBBC including a detailed list of how the funds are to be distributed. This approach works very well.

Note pages are included at the beginning and end of each section to record notes regarding offering commitments.
