An approved signatory. Initially as a Chief Interior / Composite Project Engineer.

Ultimately responsible for the production of Galleys, wardrobe storages (British Airways & Airbus), side wall and ceiling panels (SAAB), overhead storages (Airbus), electrical equipment racks (Gulfstream), bar seating and lounge units (Virgin) and dog boxes (British Airways).

Programme Manager of a full VIP interior replacement on Boeing series aircraft, a refurbishment on a MD11 and created detailed planning for the delivery of a full VIP interior replacement on a CRJ-700.

Responsible for the control and manufacturing of a full interior including Galleys, Lavs, Furniture/ Monuments, from design conception to completion for an HS125-800 series aircraft.

Additional ownership of trouble-shooting other departments, realigning any failing processes to adhere to company procedures, ensuring maximum efficiency.

Arranging the procurement and setting up of a fully functioning workshop including the provision of tooling, machinery, stock materials and consumables.

Setting up a new military kit store and supply system, developing the specific processes and procedures required that included progress chasing and liaison with outside agencies.

Coordinated the delivery, issue and control of modification kits to meet extremely critical programme delivery dates and was involved in the procurement and manufacturing of some key components.
