Insuring product was available and ready for use, loading all the trucks by measuring their weed control and repairing damaged or malfunctioning equipment. I was also responsible for all the paperwork associated with Michigan agricultural regulations on applying product to residential and commercial lawns. As well as, preparing customer estimates and closing sales on residential and commercial lawns. When the company was not fertilizing lawns I was responsible for the sales and marketing team through the winter months. Where I had the opportunity to use my skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, I also did Internet research, commercial contracts, Google marketing direct, and then I was able to contact several printing companies for direct mail ads that I had designed. Sales Representative TruGreen - Macomb, MI March 2010 to May 2011 My primary duties consisted of sitting through a sales meeting, setting daily goals, picking up what neighborhoods I would be marketing for that day, gathering all of my marketing material, and then driving to the job site. I had to keep track of the number of doors I knocked, contacts I made, presentations performed, interested parties would leave me with a carbon copy of their estimate, as well as any sales of that I made for the day. Around sundown, I would return to the office, make any phone calls to the interested parties that I had not closed, and review my sales to goal ratio for the week.

Store manager Exxon Mobil- Auburn Hills, MI June 2007 to May 2010 My primary duties consisted of managing the product, employees, and daily activities of the store. I was in charge of cash deposits, fuel and product deliveries, and the overall cleanliness of the store. I dealt with vendor and customer related issues, surprise visits from upper management, and received many acknowledgments for all the good deeds I performed, through my 7 years of service.

Barista Star Bucks- Largo, MA February 2006- Sept 2006 My primary duties consisted of arriving at the store 10 minutes before my shift, making sure my apron was clean. Preparing all coffee and food stations setting up outdoor furniture and unlocking the front door. I also made all coffee drinks and breakfast sandwiches, we would take turns taking orders or taking cash. On the closing shift that would prepare the next day’s supplies countdown my register clea in the floors and bring in the outside furniture. Assistant Manager Blockbuster- Woodbridge, VA Jan 2005- February 2006 My primary duties consisted of reconciling the previous day’s cash preparing at the bank deposits and making sure the cashiers at appropriate change available. I also ran register as well as help customers find and fulfill their video needs. I helped with scheduling as well as restocking returned videos and resetting wall and floor displays every Tuesday for new releases. I also covered many shifts at nearby locations. Assistant Manager Mobil- Wixom, MI December 2000- December 2004 My primary duties consisted of managing the product, employees, and daily activities of the store. I was in charge of cash deposits, fuel and product deliveries, and the overall cleanliness of the store. I dealt with vendor and customer related issues, plus ensuring proper operation of the car wash by means of emptying the POS at the drive up station, refilling the soaps and waxes, ensuring a repair orders were completed.

Submarine Sonar Tech U.S. NAVY- SUBRON 8 April 1994- April 1998 Even today I look back at this position and know that it was the most complicated and exciting job I have ever had. It started like any other job in the military with two months worth of boot camp, followed by another eight months of technical training broken up into two months for basic enlisted sub school and another six months in sonar tech school. As a sonar tech I was part of deck div, I had many jobs from preparing topside for subsurface activity, to operating and maintaining all of the sonar equipment a board my 688i class submarine. I was part of the commissioning crew of the USS Greeneville, and did most of my at sea time a board sister boats.
