Achievements Summary: Successfully implemented and rolled out the sales management system
(Active Retail) across for Celtel Zambia and Celtel Malawi respectively Successfully Developed internal procedures and managed system integration
between Active Retail system and the Accounting system Successfully spear headed the internal control procedures for Finance,
Commercial, HR and IT for Celtel Zambia Successfully implemented the Fraud and Risk Management tool worth
$4million as Revenue Assurance Manager which was later implemented in Zain Malawi, Tanzania & Kenya.
Successfully lead the team that claimed back $1.9million from Ericsson for their failure to follow the change management procedures during system upgrades
Saved $800,000 for Zain Zambia in an international roaming dispute between Zain Zambia and Econect Zimbabwe.
Successfully pioneered and rolled out Closely Watched Numbers dashboard ( CWN) for Zambia which was later rolled out to the rest of Africa
Successfully rolled out the scientific distribution model for Lusaka North and South which is still in use todate
Successfully Restructured and right sized distributors from 21 to 6 to create efficiencies in the chain
Successfully groomed and developed four employees from Sales and Distribution executives to Zonal Business Managers three of which are still in Airtel and one is with Competition as a Manager
Recognised as Monthly Africa Zonal Business Manager for three consecutive months
Lusaka North Zone contributed 27% of revenue to total Airtel Zambia revenue under my leadership
Successfully set up the National Partner Model which will see EVD growth from 20% to 70%
