Managed all Social Media Accounts during Wilkes-Barre flooding Crisis of 2011. Served as source of information for all updates

regarding campus and emergency outreach over the course of a 72 hour period.

Provided timely updates ensuring emergency protocol was followed and evacuation locations were clearly identified.
