We love Christmas at ACF Teambuilding and Events! Nothing beats seeing a room full of people enjoying themselves and winding down for the festive season.

We can provide a range of events, including Game Shows, Themed Evenings, Team Games and Indoor / Outdoor Activities. From a simple team bonding session of clay pigeon shooting, or a fully themed venue with entertainment and catering. Whether you have a small group of 8 for half a day, or 4000 guests, we can put together a Christmas do to suit. All of our events are put together on a bespoke basis, and the events on offer are not limited to what has been detailed in this brochure. Please call us to discuss ideas.

COCKTAIL MAKING

Guests are talked though the tools of the bartender, free-pouring skills, information of spirits and then of course making, tasting and

drinking your very own cocktail creations!

If you think you've already got what it takes to make the perfect cocktails why not do some

Speed Bartending......We have devised the very game for testing guests

newly learnt skills

Guests are invited behind our bar to be shown a recipe card and the ingredients, tools and

glassware necessary to mix one cocktail as fast as possible.

A fun informal event, inclusive of all types of participants and great activity to add to an evening of networking or where guests are

getting to know each other better

ICE CARVING

Our ice carving event provides participants with an opportunity to try a new skill in a relaxed but time controlled environment. The session is kicked off with a live carving demo followed by some

professional advice from our carver.

We can set the theme for their sculptures, or teams can come up with their own designs. An ice block is then given to each team so they can create a sculpture of their very own. Teams will need to spend

some time planning and working out how to create their designs, before running it past our professional to see how viable their idea is. The professionals will be on hand throughout the event to

give guidance and advice where appropriate.

The buzz and excitement from teams as they see they’re ideas come to life is fantastic. Sometimes, things don’t go quite to plan, but the results can be very amusing. The event is finished by a judging

session of the best designs, and a fictional sale of ice sculptures to the rest of the groups, which leads to much hilarity.

The ice sculpting package can be tailored to your specific requirements.

GIANT GAMES TOURNAMENT

On your marks…..get set……play!

A fun and fast paced games tournament is great as pre / after dinner entertainment.

Guests will need to be divided into teams (previously allocated or divided on the day) to then take part in the Games Tournament.

We will have created a varied games zone where teams will rotate around each game and play head to head to score as many points as they can.

Possible Games:

CALENDAR CREATIONS

Create a memorable calendar for your office!

Armed with a camera, props and access to our extensive fancy dress wardrobe, teams will be tasked to take a

picture to match the theme that they been given. This could be a traditional calendar coordinating with each

month, or we can tie the themes into a company message or theme.

The best pictures of the day can be decided by a slide show presentation at the end of the day. ACF will then

produce the calendar/s based on the pictures the teams have chosen.

THE GENERATION GAME

Not sure which activity to book? Well this activity has something for everyone, a fast, fun and actionpacked culinary event, full of foodie challenges for energetic and competitive teams. Teams will go head tohead with a number of skill and technical challenges involving food. Each challenge will be a team effort!

Challenges / Rounds may include:

Introduction: Piping Hot – Fun ice breaker challenge where teams decorate their chefs hats The Chocolatier: 50 Belgian chocolates have to be made while the clock is tickingCupcake Cup: Watch a professional cake decorator ice cupcakes, then its your turn! Spaghetti Junction: The challenge is to make a bridge out of Spaghetti Quiz Round: Several quiz based rounds to include identifying chocolate, celebrity chefs, brands and spices.Conveyor belt: A classic conveyor belt challenge. The Finale: To conclude we will give each team member a lump of pasta dough. Teams will then be armed a pasta roller the

rules are simple the longest single strand of tagliatelle wins!

Please note that not all the challenges may take place this will depend upon time restraints however we will always include the most popular and creative rounds. A non food based Generation Game could also be put together if you would prefer.

THE POLAR EXPRESS

A collaborative teambuilding event

Teams are tasked to build a circular train track around the North Pole. The completion of this track

is essential to Santa's Elves and their toy production, and currently they are behind schedule!

Each team will be responsible for an allocated section of the track. Roles will be allocated and obstacles must be overcome, before a complete

track has been built and tested with our Polar Express Train.

Roles could include: Engineers, Rail Specialist, Treasurer, Marketing &

Sponsorship, Health & Safety,Procurement etc.

This event can be tailored to suit most group sizes and is a great way to promote a cohesive group.

A NIGHT AT THE MOVIES

Forget a standard paper pub quiz this is a fun, multi-media quiz presenting video clips, audio entertainment, interactive and traditional rounds.

This Movie Quiz is a slick professional event that can be tailored for any occasion. We suggest running 8 rounds, however, this can easily be increased / decreased to fit to your time requirements.

At the start of the Quiz Show the team captain will pick a film genre at random (examples include Horror, Romance, Western etc) and this will be your teams identity for the rest of evening. Once your table knows it theme it’s off to

the wardrobe department to dress the part as your first challenge. Points will be awarded for the best dressed team.

Throughout the evening our lively fancy dressed game show host will lead the fun.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES ‘MUD & MULLED WINE’

Whether it’s a Tanks with Tinsel or Segways with Santa, our outdoor activities don’t stop just because

its Winter.

Wrapping up warm and getting out into the fresh air is a great way to get employees energised and

refreshed, or just a way to give them a day of fun to say thank you for all the hard work through the year.

SANTAS SOAPBOX DERBY

This unique, non-motorised event challenges you and your team to plan, design and build outrageous soapbox Santa Sleighs.

You will use your finished sleighs to compete against the other teams in a challenging timed slalom course, where points will be up for grabs as well as easily lost. The sleighs can range from realistic

replicas to anything the imagination can conjure up.

Using the kit we provide, teams must follow various guidelines in order to make a suitable Sleigh. Budgets must first be ‘won’ by completing other challenges and parts must be purchased from the ACF

Elves!

There are many variations of this event, and we can tailor it to suit your timescales and numbers.

At the end of the events all points for each round are combined, the top team is announced and the winners

begin their celebrations!

Guests will have a chance to try their luck with the magical atmosphere and thrills of a major international casino.

Using only genuine full Size casino equipment together with experienced professional croupiers, we can offer all the

ambience and excitement of a real casino.

CASINO EVENING

PHOTO STUDIO

A photo studio is a great addition to any party, and a great memory to take away. A professional photographer will take

fun group shots of everyone throughout the evening. We will set the scene with a background and props. Themes can

be anything from Winter Wonderland to New York City!

PHOTO BOOTH

A self contained Photo Booth with numerous options for customisation. Guests can continuously return to the booth for more photo opportunities with instant photo printouts. Personalised messages or a company logo can be set on the

prints for guests to take home. Usually these will have a Green Screen or a large selection of backgrounds to choose

from, and a box of props for added fun!.

MURDER MYSTERY NIGHT

Looking for an evening of fun and laughter? Murder Mystery Nights are a classic way to add some fun and entertainment to an evening party. These popular evenings are a great way to enjoy a team building

session while encompassing your evening meal and drinks.

The activity can be designed to achieve maximum participation with a number of different styles/ themes to choose from. We can recommend appropriate venues such as castles for a medieval theme, or we

operate in almost any venue of your choice within the UK.
