Nursery 2.45pm—3.30pm only with parents

Reception 2.45pm 3.30pm

Years 1—6 3.30pm—5.00pm

Thursday 13th December

Classes 1 to 6

All performance costumes to be in school by Thursday morning at the latest. Details are attached.

Friday14th December Class 6

Last swimming session of the term.

Monday 17th December No after school clubs this week

Tuesday 18th December

Nursery and Reception Class Christmas Sing-along at 9.15am.

ALL nursery children come to nursery at 8.45am.

After the performance nursery parents may take their children home for the rest of the day.

Morning nursery children can be left and collected at 11.45am if necessary.

Years 1, 2 and 3 evening performance 6.30pm—8.00pm.

Wednesday 19th December Years 4, 5 and 6 evening performance 6.30pm—8.00pm.

Thursday 20th December

EVERYONE to dress as Christmas—Wear a Christmas jumper and bring £1 to raise money for the TEXT SANTA CHARITY.

There is no afternoon nursery session.

Classes R to 6 have Christmas lunch—see attached menu.

Classes R to 6 watch Christmas Pantomime

Nursery closes for Christmas Holiday at 11.45am

Friday 21st December Attendance & Punctuality Reward trip to Hollywood Bowl

School closes for Christmas Holiday at 1.00pm

Tuesday 8th January Classes R to 6 return to school

Wednesday 9th January Nursery children return

Please do take your seat before the performance starts and remember to turn off

mobile phones.

There will not be room for pushchairs. Please leave yours under cover outside the office

or the nursery.

Please do NOT film or photograph during the performance. You will have an opportunity

at the end of the performance.

Classes 1 to 6— Please see the lists provided and bring costumes into school, in a clearly

marked bag by Thursday13th December.

Nursery and Reception Class will come to school in their costumes.

Dear Parents of Children in Classes 3,4,5 and 6,

If your child does not usually have a hot school

meal they may like to join their classmates for our special Sunnyfields Christmas

Lunch.

The cost of the lunch is £2.34 and you should let the office know by 10th December

if your would like your child to have the Christmas meal.

Children in Classes R, 1 and 2 will not have

to pay for Christmas Lunch.
