Answers to prayer (continued):• Increase in homegroup regular membership from

90 in 10 groups to 125 in 15 groups• Grown new leaders• Ministry among men beginning to thrive; expand

from pastoral to mission• Special interest groups as ‘belonging places’ -

example of Easter Experience in 2012• Church structures: No longer a ‘revolving door’.

Exciting plans for structures which allow for growth• New kitchen (thanks to large legacy gift)• Wise prioritisation of spending

• The focus for this year will be to ensure that volunteers are in place to cover all of our existing children and family work and prepare for continuing growth in the church amongst young families

• To work with a C/YP coordinator to form teams and plan

The vision I believe God has given us this year:

• Keep focussed on enlarging God’s Kingdom

• Then we will find that we grow individually as well

• As he uses our gifts and abilities

• Develops new ones in us

• And brings people in with gifts he needs

What draws people to God through St James’, and what keeps us here?
