Dear. Atty. Mendoza:

We write on behalf of our client, Mr. Enrico F. Agoncillo with regard to the above-captioned matter.

Our client has bought Stock Certificate No. ___ from Mr. Victor Raquipisa (“Seller”). As owner of the Stock Certificate, he wish that the same be registered under his name. We were engaged by Mr. Agoncillo to process the said transfer and subsequent registration of the said stock certificate in his name.

In lieu of the foregoing, we would like to request a certification form your good office that the said stock certificate is still registered to the Seller for the purpose of confirming the existence of said share.

Attached hereto are copies of the deed of sale between our client and Mr. Raquipisa and Stock Certificate No. ____ for your reference.
