Umpire Officiated Little League games for children ages 8-13 in my local area. Worked with local travel leagues to umpire elite level competition. Ascended to lead umpire at my local little league after only a few years of service.

I am proud to recommend Christian Lucas as a candidate for a position with your organization. Christian was employed as a customer service representative from May 2013 through August 2013.
Christian did an outstanding job handling customer issues and concerns. He was always professional and courteous, and remained calm during the most stressful times of our busy summer season. Christian has excellent communication skills, worked very well with other personnel and was always able to finish his duties in a timely manner.
In the 24 years that I have had summer employees perform the job of customer service representative, Christian had some qualities that make him stand out from the others. The most impressive trait is his decision making skills, his ability to discern the importance of a situation and to communicate with others prevented many errors from occurring. I have many employees that have worked for me for over 10 years that don’t possess the decision making skills that Christian Lucas used daily. The other trait which is rare for someone his age is his self-confidence; he is very comfortable speaking with anyone, from truck drivers to bank presidents. He works very efficiently, without much supervision and will be an asset to any employer.
