Dear Central family,

I pray this newsletter finds you and your families very well! This is perhaps my favorite time of year for a few reasons. The weather is becoming warmer, and the colors of spring are in full bloom all around us. We have just celebrated the resurrection of our Lord Jesus, which is the basis for everything that we place our hope on as believers. It is for this reason I love this time of year so much. As we have been going through our series “Triumphant” we have been reminded of how we have victory in our lives because Jesus was, and is, victorious! All of our doubts and fears have been broken through the power of Christ! The Bible tells us best in 1 Corinthians 15:57, “But thanks be to God, who gives us victory through our Lord Jesus Christ!” Because of this gift that has been afforded to us, the Scripture then says to, “…be steadfast, immovable, always excelling in

the Lord’s work...” Let’s celebrate and live in the grace that God has extended to us day by day.

We have lots of exciting things happening at Central for everyone to be involved in. We have just begun a new series of Bible studies taking place every Wednesday and Sunday evening and if you haven’t gotten involved yet, you still can. Let me also encourage everyone to “Tell Your Story” of how Jesus has changed your life. Feel free to visit the church website to find out how. Also, make sure to visit the church website regularly (and Facebook) to keep up with all the events happening at CBC.

Know I am praying for you as I ask you to do the same for me. As always, invite a friend to worship with you this Sunday. It could make an eternal difference in their life!

In His service, Pastor Travis Eph. 2:10
