AFTER a disappointingmonth caused by sickness, television personality Chr-issie Swan has hit back inher battle to lose 40kg.

Her first month on theweight-loss campaign wasa roaring success with theloss of 10kg.

Suffering from illness inthe second month saw herweight loss plateau, butnow she’s back on track.

‘‘I’ve lost 3.5kg in thepast two weeks and alsomy measurements areshrinking, so I’m veryhappy,’’ Swan says.

Swan, co-host of ChannelTen’s morning show The

Circle, is Jenny Craig’slatest celebrity ambassa-dor, committing to losing40kg by the middle ofnext year.

Now that she’s feelinghealthy again, Swan hasbeen continuing her new-found love of exercising.

‘‘I love it, but with all theextra exercise I’m findingI’m hungry in the morn-ing, then less so as the daywears on, which is the ex-act opposite of how I usedto be,’’ she says.

Though her long-termmotivation comes fromSwan’s desire to have an-other baby, in the shortterm there’s a lot to keepher going.

‘‘This week I gathered to-gether two garbage bags ofall my size-24 and 26 cloth-es and dropped them off atSt Vinnies. What a greatfeeling.’’
