Currently, Mr. Broyden is leading the A&M teams working at IFAD, a UN agency and international fund, on Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) and capital adequacy projects. Mr. Broyden’s previous notable assignments include: leading the assessment and improvement recommendations of a multi £100 million technology and business process outsourcing; negotiating the deal for a new technology partner, which optimised the interests of the client; managing and negotiating an IT infrastructure deal with a third party provider; acting as Head of Change Management for the Board of a UK online brokerage by managing and coordinating a broad programme of change initiatives relating to technology, risk management, regulatory remediation, process improvement, and organisational and cultural change; conducting various technology and operations due diligence assignments for PE backed acquisitions of a UK and European brokerage, wealth management and mortgage company. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Broyden worked in the technology division of Société Générale Corporate and Investment Bank, where he served as the Global COO. In this role, he managed the IT components of the firm’s three year transformation programme and was responsible for the finances, resource management, and overall programme and project management for the division. Previously, Mr. Broyden spent four years at Barclays Capital, where he held a number of senior positions as a member of the Global IT Executive Committee, including global Head of Business Continuity and Head of Barclays Group Technology Sourcing. He began his career as a management consultant in the financial services practice of Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in London, and later became an equity partner.
