Biography

Ms. Chris Andrews has been a leader in coaching teams to financial success in the retail, design, spa/salon and education industries for her entire career. Her key to success has been the ability to win the respect and trust of her teams through her positive influence, vast experience in sales strategies and business development expertise. As School Director for the Elaine Sterling Institute, Ms. Andrews managed all aspects of sales and marketing, admissions, financial aid and insured compliance to federal and state & local regulatory entities. Her efforts gained the Institution the longest accreditation period with the Council on Occupational Education and propelled the organization to financial stability.

During her time of employment with Life Time Fitness, Ms. Andrews served as the Regional Category Lead for their Life Spa and Salon division. Under her lead, the eastern region consistently earned recognition and achieved profitability through close management of cost controls, P&L management, and outstanding retail performance of all service provider teams and successful marketing of Life Spa brand and product line. During her employment with Life Time, she has held a series of increasingly expanding positions, including National Business Analyst and Regional Training Director. Her passion for building an environment of stellar sales and service performance insured that she and her teams exceeded organization expectations.

As Regional Director for Spa Sydell in Atlanta, Georgia, Ms. Andrews consistently led multi-location teams to individual and collective success. During her time there, she was the consistent award winner for meeting and exceeding sales goals each month. It was that performance that led to her promotion to Director of Training, so her best practices and winning strategies could benefit the company as a whole.

Ms. Andrews has started her own company, Blu Doodle Designs. The company was born with the desire to create fun, handmade and repurposed works of art. Her mission with the company is to bring new life to ordinary objects and create pieces of environmental art for her customers’ homes, gardens and relaxation spaces.  This mission is accomplished by defining each piece by its unique identity, crafting it with love, patience and vision to create a special experience for all who seek her out. She lovingly delivers beauty, delight and beloved pieces that add ambiance, peace, light and love to where your heart is at home.

Ms. Andrews received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from National Louis University in Tampa, FL. She has completed numerous executive leadership, sales management training and facilitation programs during her career.

Ms. Andrews is married, has one grown child and resides in Marietta, Georgia. She loves the outdoors, the ocean and enjoys hiking with her husband and four dogs.
