The Role of a Radiologic Technologist

Being a Radiologic Technologist means one has to be prepared to interact well with patients, just like doctors and nurses.

At times, Radiologic Technologists will be asked to do angiography or venography.

At times, Radiologic Technologists will be asked to do angiography or venography.This procedure aims to capture an image of a patient’s cardiovascular system, such as the veins, heart chambers and arteries.

Radiologic Technologists also have a role in determining a patient’s bone density.
