This old mansion, you prevail in a country atmosphere just 40 minutes from Barcelona. Capacity of lodging up to 14 people. La Masia (Spanish word meaning old mansion) will prevail in a country atmosphere with all the comfort and luxury you are looking for.

This former mansion has 7 each different spacious suites.

Each room has its own bathroom, mini bar, safe, TV and DVD.During the day, it is good to bask in the pool and the evening, enjoy the moonlight, a proper Turkish bath, sauna or jacuzzi.

The beautiful beaches of Sitges are just a few minutes, and of course Barcelona, one of the most popular cities in Europe, just 40 minutes by car or train.

This magnificient villa is located on the hills behind the coast.

The villa is detached on 2 levels :

On the ground floor: 3 double bedrooms, living room, kitchen with a dining area, 4 bathrooms (3 with shower, one with wc and basin).

On the ground floor/basement: 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with shower.

Each room has its own private bathroom. fireplace in the living room.

The house is located in La Mendula, between Porto Cervo Arzachena and Abbiadori, in an area of granite hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation. The location is very quiet and reserved. The sea is the nearest the Gulf of Arzachena and the beaches at Cannigione Cala dei Ginepri is about 3 km.

The villa is very beautiful and very well finished, with granite exterior, interior surfaces and rounded plaster natural, lintels and arches juniper, handmade furniture in juniper natural. Very beautiful outdoor area near the pool: under a roof, supported by 2 standing stones of granite, are placed sofas and armchairs, a large table and, away, the BBQ area.

Sardinia, Isola MaddalenaBeautiful house, located at few meters from the edge of the sea of the island "La Maddalena". Capacity of lodging up to 6 persons. Very well furnished with contemporary decor, fashioned from precious local materials, including the island's famous granite.

This beautiful villa is extremely secluded, standing just several metres from the edge of the sea. The coast here is characterised by flat granite slabs, and the area is wonderful to spend time around and for sunbathing, but those who desire sandy beaches will find them within twenty minutes walk, or a short drive.

In the same area, but distant from the villa, is a gathering of refurbished homes which were the granite workers' quarters, which are now rented to holiday makers – otherwise the villa is in perfect seclusion.
