could. I have a few suggestions. Here are

some things I can do to help make it better

Resourceful Leadership

• Help others become less dependent on your leadership. Be a resource, not the source

• Help others become more interdependent, responsible performers and citizens of the organization

• Goal: self-authorizing, purposeful performers
