boven’s veiling are acting as representatives for the seller and are not obliged to disclose the name of the seller to the intending buyer or buyerThe buyer is the person accepted as the highest bidderThe hammer price is the highest amount accepted by the auctioneer for a lotThe purchase price is the hammer price plus vat
THe bUYeRIs the person accepted as the highest bidder by bovens. the decision whether or not to accept a bid shall be made by the auctioneer.
