• The final payment schedule and amounts will be released soon
• Total amount is subject to change due to potential schedule adjustments and further budget negotiation

How to Join China Trek
• Sign Up Time and Procedure:
– Webcafe sign-up opens at 9pm March 22 (next Mon) and closes at 12am March 23
– You need to purchase GCC membership on WGA to access the sign-up link
– Sign-up fast!!! We ONLY have 30 spots
– First 20 spots: first come, first serve; Remaining 10 spots: awarded by lottery
– Results will be announced on March 23
– Partners are welcome!
• You need to tell us the following when signing-up:
– Your roommate sharing preferences
– Your dietary requirements
– Your No.1 and No.2 preferences for the Shanghai optional tours
