Where I Live

I live in the Changchun City, the capital of Jilin Province. It locates in the north-east of China. It has the similar climate as Chicago.

Where I LiveThis is my apartment.China have 1.4 billion people, so we need lot of big apartments.And the apartments are private.

Dumpling’s Origin

• Chinese invented dumpling about 1,800 years ago. It’s a traditional food loved by Chinese. They look like the golden ingots---yuan bao, which was used during Ming Dynasty for money.

Ingredients• Dumpling dough

• 3 cups all-purpose flour

up to 1 1/4 cups cold water
