The buildings are to a Grade A specification with a minimum BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’. The initial Waldeck contract was for Building 1. A 31,500 sq.ft three storey commercial building. Waldeck are due to commence work on Buildings 2, 3 and 4 of the project, 11000 sq ft and 25000 sq ft office developments, in December 2010 with completion of the remaining 3 commercial units due in 2011. Waldeck were appointed direct by the Developer on Buildings 2, 3 and 4.
