Explanatory Notes

1 Funding -This Version 2 structure continues to exceed the funding streams currently identified as available. As a consequence the structure will be further reviewed and a Version 3 shared in the coming months.

2 Grading - Where a grade is shown as ‘proposed grade’, this indicates that the job description and person specification have not been agreed and has not yet been subject to job evaluation. The result from job evaluation could mean that the grade could go up or down.

A job cannot be advertised or considered for slotting in until at least an indicative grade has been achieved. An indicative grade means that the job description and person specification have been agreed but not formally evaluated. The result from job evaluation could mean that the grade could go up or down.

3 Some services have either not yet been reviewed while others are currently undergoing review. In such circumstances there is no change to existing staffing structures.

4 Job titles – some refinement still needs to be made to some job titles and headings and will occur over forthcoming weeks.
