Echocardiographic Evaluation of Congenital Heart Disease About this course We are happy to be back once again, presenting our 7th Echo for CHD symposium. This year, we will continue the symposium as a full two-day course, and we have introduced some new lectures designed to provide everyone the highest quality and most up-to-date knowledge on the echocardiographic evaluation of CHD. The first day will feature a review of basic and essential concepts in the echocardiographic evaluation of CHD—as always, a fundamental portion of our symposia. We will also discuss ductal-dependent lesions as well as the evolving integration of cardiac MRI and CT with echocardiography in the diagnosis of complex CHD, along with an important introduction to exercise/stress testing for CHD patients. The second day will be divided into two parts. The morning session will focus on fetal echocardiography. In the afternoon, we will present - An expanded lecture section focusing on Key Areas of Learning in Congenital Heart Disease - Small group breakout pathology sessions reviewing unique specimens from the CHLA Cardiac Pathology Registry. These sessions are a great way to reinforce your understanding of anatomy and echocardiography. While we encourage everyone to attend both days, attendees have the option to attend either one or both days. There is a separate enrollment fee for each day or a combined fee for both days. Registration includes a continental breakfast, luncheon and two breaks for both days. Registration also includes a course syllabus for each day. Attendees will receive 7 hours of CME credit for the first day, and 7 hours for the second day (14 hours for both days). We are again pleased to host our symposium in the beautiful Marion and John Anderson Building of Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). This wonderful, state-of-the-art facility befits a world-class hospital and pediatric program. CHLA was again ranked by U.S. News and World Report 2015 as the best Children’s Hospital in the West, and third best pediatric heart program in the United States—truly an outstanding achievement. We look forward to seeing all of you and to providing another outstanding educational experience! Sunday, October 2 8:30am—5:00pm Saturday, October 1 8:30am—5:00pm Los Angeles, California Pierre C. Echocardiographic Evaluation of Congenital Heart Disease

About this courseWe are happy to be back once again, presenting our 7th Echo for CHD symposium. This year, we will continue the symposium as a full two-day course, and we have introduced some new lectures designed to provide everyone the highest quality and most up-to-date knowledge on the echocardiographic evaluation of CHD.

• The first day will feature a review of basic and essential concepts in the echocardiographic evaluation of CHD—as always, a fundamental portion of our symposia. We will also discuss ductal-dependent lesions as well as the evolving integration of cardiac MRI and CT with echocardiography in the diagnosis of complex CHD, along with an important introduction to exercise/stress testing for CHD patients.

• The second day will be divided into two parts. The morning session will focus on fetal echocardiography. In the afternoon, we will present

- An expanded lecture section focusing on Key Areas of Learning in Congenital Heart Disease

- Small group breakout pathology sessions reviewing unique specimens from the CHLA Cardiac Pathology Registry.
