What to expect at:

Mum and the whole family can eat healthy foods from the Taro Leaf. What mum

eats is what baby eats too!

Use happy and family-friendly words around the

home as it helps baby to feel safe

Keep physically active by walking for

30 minutes every day

The whole family can help out around the house so mum has

plenty of rest

It is best for mum and dad to stop drinking kava and chewing betelnut during

pregnancy

It is safest for mum and dad NOT to

drink alcohol

It is best for mum to quit smoking and

move away from other people who smoke
