Assembly

1. Assembly of the rear shaft including both rear wheels:

A. Insert the rear shaft into the bodywork, ensuring the notched side is on the

left. On the left, connect one wheel to the rear shaft, making sure that the

outside of the wheel has the three holes on the edges for the wheel cover.

Use an iron washer to fill in the gap. Then use an iron pin to fasten it. Affix

wheel cover to the wheel by aligning the three tabs in the wheel cover into

the three tabs on the wheel.

B. On the right, connect the electric plug. Then connect the motor, the plastic

sleeve pipe, and wheel to the rear shaft. Make sure the inside of the wheel

fits into the plastic sleeve pipe. Then use the iron pin to secure it and put the

wheel cover on. Use an iron washer to fill in the gap.

2. Use the thin axle to connect the

top cover and the bottom cover to

create the tool box. Then, secure

the tool box support to the body

with screws.

3. Connect the battery wires,

connecting the red wire to the red

connector, and making sure the

black wire is connected to the black

connector.

4. Attach the windshield to the

front of the vehicle with five screws

(M3 *10). Then attach the mirrors

with four screws (M3*10).

5. Attach the front fork with the

front fender and front wheel by

front wheel shaft. Use iron buckles

to fasten.

Important Notes about the Battery

1. Before operating the first time, open the seat and connect the power wires of the

battery, connecting the red wire to the red connector, and the black wire to the

black connector. Incorrect connection, will cause short circuit or malfunction.

2. Charging socket is in the rear of the vehicle underneath the back and just below

the seat. Continuous charging time should not exceed 15 hours.

3. Charge the motorcycle when its speed becomes slow. Battery will be damaged if

it is fully drained.

4. If out of use for a long period of time, charge the battery fully before next use.

Charge at lease every 2 months to extend battery life.

5. It is normal for the charger and battery to heat up during charging.

6. Don’t burn or disassemble the battery. Recycle appropriately.

7. Only use manufacturer approved charger and battery.

6. Fasten the motorcycle head to

the front fork and attach with

four screws (M4*14).

7. Release the shaft from

bodywork. Connect the electrical

wire in the motorcycle head with

the one in bodywork. Then

insert shaft to connect the panel

board, motorcycle head and

bodywork together. Fasten the

seat on bodywork with screw.
