• Long shot. This is used to show the emotions of a large number of people.
• Identical long shot. This time a man is seen pushing through the crowd and working his way to the front.
• Close up shot of TV. the audience is now aware of what the crowd of people were concerned at. The TV. is the main thing on screen.
• The an is now followed with a tracking shot. This suggests his role could be as an protagonist.
• Establishing shot. This shot is accompanied by the specific name of the location and a date so the audience knows exactly when and where it is set.
• Long shot. London is portrayed in a very negative way. The pollution and rubbish bags make the area very unattractive and imply the future is not nice.
• Camera rotates 180 degrees. This is the ‘180 rule and it allows us the see where the character came from. The people hugging shows happiness and friendliness
• This scene is in contrast to the last. The explosion has occurred in the place the man was just in. and shortly after he’s left.
• This is the final shot prior to the titles. This hot shows the utter devastation of the blast. A woman can be seen emerging from the dust. She appears to be carrying her own arm.
