Item 3: Attachments
IMPORTANT: In order for the Exhibition Application Form to be considered complete, the following documents MUST be attached. Failure to provide the following documents with this Application Form will render the application 'Failure to submit' and the application will not be considered.
Exhibition/project rationale (1 x A4 page) to be submitted as a computer generated text document (i.e. in Microsoft Word etc). This document must provide details of the proposed exhibition/project.
Public Programs/Workshop rationale (1x A4 page) to be submitted as a computer generated text document (ie. in Microsoft Word etc). This document is only required if you are considering proposing Public Programs or workshops to accompany the exhibition/project. This document must provide details of maximum and minimum numbers to attend the program, if there is a cost associated and how it further supports the exhibition, the content and concept of the public program or workshop.
Resume / CV or information on the organisation (if submitting an application for an organisation) (1 x A4 page).
Minimum of five (5) and a maximum of ten (10) high resolution, .jpg format, digital images. All images MUST be accompanied with image details (Artist name, title, date, medium and dimensions). IMPORTANT: Please do not send original artwork with application.
All of the above mentioned documents must be submitted to the Bundaberg Regional Art Gallery Exhibitions Officer, either via email at [email protected] or on a CD in the mail to: Bundaberg Regional Art Gallery, PO Box 3130 Bundaberg QLD 4670. Please note the next round of applications close June 30th at 5pm.
