• Case is stepped down for an Early Help response• Case is closed• Child In Need Plan or Child Protection Plan is in place

• Maintain an overview of emerging child sexual exploitation issues• Seek assurance about local response for individual C & YP• Receive and consider low level or non-child specific intelligence• Establish links between children and offenders• Co-ordinate police response in respect of known or suspected

perpetrators• Identify any cross border issues• Identify any issues in respect of young vulnerable adults• Track emergent patterns or themes and identify any local ‘hotspots’
