EXPO SET UP/TAKE DOWN TIMESAll exhibits must be set up on Friday, January 11 between 4:30 – 9:00 PM. EXPO HOURS: • Brides attend the EXPO at their convenience and

engaged couples will be shopping until the show closes. • Exhibitors are required to keep their exhibit open and

fully staffed during the show hours of 11:00 AM to 4:01 PM on Saturday, January 12, 2013.

• CWW sells tickets to the last hour of the show. Every ticketholder has paid full admission and deserves to visit everyone during show hours.

• Exhibitors who tear down prior to 4:01 PM will not receive the Attendee list. No exceptions.

• Exhibitors have until 8:00 PM on Saturday January 12 to pack up your exhibit materials. Please have all Exhibitor items removed by 8:00 PM. No exceptions.

EXHIBITOR LOADING AND UNLOADINGUnloading must take place in the designated loading/unloading areas only. Plan to unload your vehicle and then move to Designated Exhibitor Parking. Vehicles are allowed in the loading area for loading and unloading only and any vehicle in the loading area for more than 30 minutes will be towed by the facility at the owner’s expense. Our policy prohibits exhibitors from moving out through the front entrance of any building. We suggest bringing your own cart for loading and unloading your exhibit materials. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed on the show floor during the move in or move out.

EXHIBITOR PARKINGExhibitors may park in Designated Exhibitor Parking. Directions to Designated Exhibitor Parking will be provided on Friday, January 11th, and Designated Exhibitor Parking will be signed.

EXHIBITOR CHECK-IN• On Friday January 11, all exhibiting businesses must

check in at the Exhibitor Services Desk prior to setting up. Any questions during set up should be directed to the Exhibitor Services Representative.

• Exhibitor Passes will be available at Check-In.• All Exhibit Staff must present the Exhibitor Pass at the

front entrance during show hours. SPECIALTY TABLES/SPECIALTY LINENS/EXTENSION CORDS/TELEVISIONS FOR EXHIBITSThese items can be ordered on the enclosed form. Direct any on-site exhibit table or electrical questions to the Exhibitor Services Desk.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SAMPLINGAny exhibitor that is sampling food must comply with all State and County regulations and must present a copy of those licenses to the Exhibitor Services Desk upon check-in and make the license available within the exhibitor space during the entire show. Purchased pre-packaged

items (i.e. chocolate kisses, custom bottled water, etc.) do not require food service licensing. More conditions for Food and Beverage Sampling1. Items dispensed are limited to products manufactured

or processed by exhibiting firm and are related to the exhibit purpose;

2. All items limited to SAMPLE SIZE; 3. Beverages limited to maximum of 6 oz. container and

5 oz. product; 4. Food items limited to BITE SIZE.

DISPLAY RESTRICTIONSYou may only display the products and / or services as specified on your CHICO WEDDING WEEKEND application.Do not distribute literature or display products from vendors not participating in the show as this is a violation of your agreement with CWW and will result in a charge for an additional exhibit space. Exhibits including balloons will be responsible for the cost of removing stray balloons from the ceiling. Candles or anything with a flame are not allowed.

SIGNSAcceptable Exhibit Signage is professionally designed and manufactured and includes your company logo to support your brand and marketing efforts. This is important to your branding your business. Please use provided “S” hooks; NO staples, tape, pins allowed. Banner signage can be ordered on the enclosed form.

REQUIRED EXHIBIT ETIQUETTEIt is required that Exhibitors contain display and staff to the exhibit space rented for the EXPO. Do not stand in the aisles. Do not eat, drink or sit at your exhibit this indicates to brides and grooms that you are on a break. Staff your booth appropr iately so you can take necessary breaks. Photographing another exhibitor’s space without their approval is not allowed.

DOOR PRIZES AND SHOW SPECIALSExhibitors are encouraged to give door prizes from your exhibit as long as prizes are not contingent on any further sale or obligation on the part of the bride or groom. You may give a certificate of value ONLY if it is good for merchandise or your complete service. Please draw winners after the show to give each bride or groom a chance to register. Winners should be notified by the Monday following the show. You may also offer a Show Special as either a percentage or dollar amount off your product or service to attending brides and grooms.

EXPO ATTENDEE LISTA list of registered brides and grooms is available within 10 working days of the show and will be sent via email. The list is for your company’s use only and available only to CHICO WEDDING WEEKEND exhibitors.
