SET UP INSTRUCTIONS

SET THE EMPTY RACKS ON A TABLE IN A ROW.

REMOVE THE WARNING LABELS FROM THE PANS.

ADD THE EMPTY PANS TO THE RACKS.

FILL EACH PAN WITH ABOUT 1” OF WATER– THIS WATER WILL CREATE STEAM THAT WILL KEEP THE FOOD HOT. ADD ENOUGH SO IT DOESN’T BOIL AWAY.

AFTER TURNING THE CAP COUNTER CLOCKWISE TO OPEN, PLACE THE FUEL CANS UNDER PANS.NOTE: Do not pull on the wick as it may impact the size of the fl ame and/or decrease the duration of the fuel’s total burn time.

LIGHT FUEL WICK WITH MATCHES PROVIDED---- OTHER MATCHES OR LIGHTER WILL WORK TOO, BUT WHY NOT USE THE ONES WE GIVE YOU?

ADD PANS OF HOT FOOD ON TOP OF THE PANS OF WATER IN THE ORDER YOU SEE IN RESTAURANT---- RICE, BEANS, MEAT, FAJITA VEGGIES.

MICROWAVE SOFT FLOUR TORTILLAS IN STEAM BAG PROVIDED FOR 60-90 SECONDS.

PLACE SOFT FLOUR TACO TORTILLAS, CRISPY CORN TACO SHELLS, BOWLS, UTENSILS AND NAPKINS AT THE FRONT OF THE LINE.

• Also included with your order are table cards to label many of the items so your guests know what’s what.

FOOD SAFETY DETAILS

All hot foods (meats, rice, and beans) were packaged at 145 degrees Fahrenheit or higher and need to maintain this temperature through-out service. This is for both optimal taste and food safety.

All cold foods (salsas, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce) were packaged at 40 degrees Fahrenheit or below, and need to main-tain this temperature throughout service. Same here, optimal taste and food safety.

All food must be consumed, stored or discarded within 3 hours from the time of pickup. You guessed it, taste and safety.

Chipotle is not responsible for failure to adhere to these guidelines, because they’re pretty straightforward. Obviously we are not respon-sible for any non-Chipotle ingredients being added to the food, or for the handling of the food following pickup.

To extinguish the fl ame in the chafi ng fuel, place the chafi ng fuel lid back on top of the container. DO NOT attempt to blow out the chafi ng fuel — things might get really exciting, in a bad way.

The water in the aluminum pans will be very hot—it’s been absorbing the heat from the chafi ng fuel for the entire time—so please wait to dispose of water until it has cooled suffi ciently. Try not to spill it.
