Our FoodWe cook from the heart with passion and dedication to the craft of Mexican food. Although we’re best know for our southern Mexican Yucatan style food, we are equally enthusiastic about all regional Mexican cuisines. Weather it’s mole, chiles en nogada, barbacoa, pescado zarandeado or tacos, you can be sure that it will be authentic, beautifully presented and most importantly delicious.

We cater to those who love food and who want their guests to remember the meal, while paying very close attention to the look, feel and service of the event for an all around memorable experience.

We prepare the food either buffet, formal sit-down or stations with optional tray passed small bites “antojitos”, beverage station, coffee station, dessert bars, fresh made churro stations, taco bar. You work with an event coordinator and other vendors for staff & rentals.
