The Wing Chun Chi Sao Trainer is a unique dummy concept that is designed to improve your chi sao / chi gerk skills while elevating your training and sensitivity to an even greater level. With its heavy spring loaded arms and leg, it is now possible to practice a variety of drills and techniques without the need of a training partner. The spring loaded arms allow for a realistic lok sau “rolling hands” feel while also providing the correct reference points to simulate close range attacks. The leg is also spring loaded which allows for 360 degrees of rotation making it ideal to practice chi gerk “sticky leg exercises”, proper stepping and body position, sweeps, and knee breaks. The Wing Chun Chi Sao trainer is perfect for solo practice or for times when a training partner isn’t available and provides an endless amount of training options.

The entire dummy is built out of solid oak and uses heavy duty springs on the arms as well as the leg. Three top quality striking pads are strategically placed on the dummy to provide a soft striking surface for practicing your palm strikes and punches. The stand is designed to be used virtually anywhere and is shaped so that it can be fit directly into a corner of a room if desired. The tray area of the base is large enough to fit two 45 pound weight plates into it perfectly (weight plates are not included) for increased stability. The dummy body weighs approximately 60 pounds (100 pounds with the stand) and is available in any of our eight signature stain colors.

Dummy dimensions are 47″ long, 11″ wide, and 2 1/2″ thick. The stand is 68″ tall and the base is 22″ wide by 24″ deep.
