Chesterbrook Academy’s Preschool Summer Camp offers fun-filled summer programs for children ages 3-5 who have not completed kindergarten.

Our dedicated staff will help your child embark on new adventures with fun and imaginative weekly themes that make learning an unforgettable experience!

Each week, campers will participate in many indoor and outdoor activities that include active games, nature and science activities, creative arts, group events, and even visits from special guests!

CBA-North Raleigh has a unique campus where your child can enjoy a well rounded summer camp experience full of excitement. Children will visit the playground area, nature trail, field and on-site pool every week!

Early education is a priority all year long at Chesterbrook Academy. Throughout the summer, our Links to Learning Curriculum® provides a powerful connection to a lifetime of learning. It is designed to review and strengthen skills taught by our experienced teachers during the school year.

Various academic activities will be integrated throughout your child’s daily summer experience in conjunction with a fun, playful camp program that will inspire your child’s mind to engage, explore, create and stay active this summer!

Weekly Themes

Hands Around the World Campers will go on an adventure around the world by learning about different cultures and discussing heritage. We can't wait to celebrate what makes each of us unique!

Going Green Our campers will explore fun ways to recycle and keep our planet clean through literature, art and sensory activities.

Express Yourself Self-expression is not only important for preschool development, but it is also a lot of fun. Our campers will express themselves through music, drama and dance.

Tinker Around Campers will gain an understanding of how simple machines work by engaging in hands-on activities that allow them to see what goes on inside. Campers will then use that knowledge to invent and design some ideas of their own.

Inventing The Future Campers will embark on an imaginative journey, as they learn about the solar system and space travel. They also will have the opportunity to invent a futuristic world where anything is possible.

STEAM Squad Campers will discover a magical place where science, technology, engineering, art and math come together to ignite curiosity and problem solving skills.

Like a Champion We will celebrate and get to know the helpers in our community. Our campers will also discover small ways that they too can be champions in their neighborhoods!

Growing Greatness Campers investigate all aspects of mother nature including weather, bugs, and habitats. Their green thumbs will be put to the test as they create their own mini gardens and learn about the life cycle of plants.

Chef in the Making Campers practice a variety of kitchen skills while creating delicious concoctions. Along with habits of self-help and good nutrition, they learn important academic, social and physical skills.

Time to Fly It's a bird, it's a plane...it's learning about how things fly! Whether it is a butterfly or a kite, we are getting into the science behind what it takes to fly.

Highlights at our North Raleigh Campus

CBA Swim Lessons at our On-Site Pool Optional Camp Swim Lessons offer our campers a “cool” way to learn and stay fit this summer! With the assistance of friendly, certified instructors, our campers can

feel comfortable in social situations at the pool, learn new skills, and improve swim strokes. Your child will practice safety in our on-site, aquatic environment!

Each 2 week session is Monday-Thursday; 8 lessons. Each lesson is 45 minutes long (about 30-35 minutes in the water.)

Times vary. See CBA Office for more details Cost: $75.00 per 2 week session (8 lessons) Ages: Child must be 3 yrs. old to participate

Session Dates: 6/12-6/22 (Closed 6/11 – makeup Lesson 6/22) ; 6/25-7/6 (Closed 7/4 – makeup Lesson 7/6) ; 7/9-7/19 ; 7/23-8/2 ; 8/6-8/16

*All requests FOR CANCELLATIONS made after this deadline will not be accomodated and payment will be required.
