One- Pot Regioselective Synthesis of Bioactive Galactobiosides Using a Clonezyme10s Thermophilic Glycosidase Library. An efficient en- zymatic one-pot procedure to prepare disaccharides is developed. The enzymatic self-transglycosylation occurs in good yield, whereas tandem-transglycosylation affords the desired products in only low yield [cf. (VIII)].
