34 - 101α-Aminated Methyllithium by DTBB-Catalyzed Lithiation of aN-(Chloromethyl) Carbamate. — Treatment of the carbamate (I) withLi and catalytic amounts of DTBB leads to α-aminated methyllithium whichsmoothly reacts with different electrophiles to afford products of type (III) and(V).
