• QC people enters QC details in to our

software. They enters Lot Number, Batch

Number, Description, Total Material, Hold

Material, Rejected Material.

• Lot number and Batch Number can be

entered only once in a software.

• As per operation User selects menufrom above screen.

• As per assigned to user dispatch

delivery user can see dispatch

• User can see all dispatch material for selecteddispatch delivery

• If there is mix lot number dispatch order thensoftware will show mix order number with all LotNumbers and quantity

• User will scan barcodes pasted on drums or bags.

• Software validate barcode; checks for valid lotnumber, hold drum, rejected drum

• If it not clears criteria then software will givemessage to the user on HHT; otherwise it adds scanquantity by one

• As soon as dispatch get over; that selected deliverygets closed.
