1½ cups mayonnaise*
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
6 large butter lettuce leaves, washed
1 pound all-natural deli turkey or roasted turkey breast, hand carved or thicker slice
6 ounces Manchego cheese, thinly sliced
3 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
12 slices bacon, cooked
6 ACE® Multigrain Ciabatta loaves, thawed and cut in half, split lengthwise
*Add a bit of lemon juice or zest to brighten the flavor!
Preheat oven to 410°F. Bake ciabattas for 8-10 minutes, cool for 15 minutes.
Cut loaves in half to make 2" x 6" portions, split lengthwise and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and paprika. Stir until smooth.
Set aside.
To assemble sandwiches, slice ciabattas in half. Spread
1 tablespoon prepared mayo on the ciabatta halves.
Layer 1 leaf of lettuce, 5 ounces turkey, 2 slices of cheese,
2-3 slices of tomato and 2 slices of bacon on bottom
half of each loaf. Replace tops of loaves and serve.
