Measurement GuidelinesTo get the best fit, stand straight and relax. With a mea-suring tape, use the illustration shown at the right as a guide and follow instructions below.

CHEST: Measure from the fullest part of the chest/bustwith your arms down.

WAIST: Measure around your natural waistline abovethe hips.

INSEAM: Measure from the base of the crotch to thebottom of your heel.

Another option is to select a pair of pants that fit you well and meausre along the inside leg seam from the crotch to the bottom of the hem.
