Just install the App and follow the prompts. If you’re not yet enrolled in NetTeller, you can do so on a PC or at any Banking Center. All the accounts you selected to view when you enrolled for NetTeller default to the App. If you no longer wish to see them all, edit your viewable accounts by selecting the pencil icon. If you’re using the App for your first-time login, you’ll be able to change your Password and NetTeller ID. Select and answer the challenge questions and ‘Agree’ to the Mobile Banking Agreement and Disclosure. You can’t choose a security picture in the App, but the next time you log into NetTeller on a PC, you’ll be prompted to select a picture. You can add Person-to-Person payment recipients from your smart phone contact list. For this function to work, you first need to set one up by logging into NetTeller on a PC. After that first recipient is set up, you’ll see this option on the fly out menu in the App. No “Smart” Device? Use TEXT Mobile Banking! Touch ID on Blackhawk Bank iPhone & iPad Apps! To use this new functionality, you must upgrade to App Version 3.27.0 and above. Refer to Apple for a complete list of devices that support biometrics. How do I know if my transfer or bill payment was successful?

Each time you make a transfer or bill payment, a confirmation TextMessage will be sent to your mobile device. If you do not receive aconfirmationtextmessage,doublechecktomakesurethetransactionwentthrough.

What happens if I lose my mobile device?

Since your account data is not stored on your mobile device, yourinformation cannot be stolen. When you replace your device, simplyedit your Mobile Settings and make any changes to the WirelessProviderand/orPhoneNumber.

What happens if I lose communication/signal during a transaction?

When you complete a transaction from your mobile device (billpayment, funds transfer, etc.) you will receive a Text Message asconfirmationthatthetransactionwassuccessful. Ifyoudon’t receivethismessageduetoadroppedcallorlostsignal,checkyouraccountsandre-submitanytransactionsthatdidnotprocess.

What do I need to do if I get a new phone?

Ifyousimplygetanewphone,butareusingthesamephonenumberand provider, no changes on your part are necessary. If you switchprovidersand/orphonenumbers,logintoyourNetTelleraccountandupdateyour informationontheOptions>MobileSettingspage.YouwillnotreceiveTextMessagesregardingMobileBankingtransactionsifyourphonenumberisn’tcorrect.

How can I search for a transaction?

How do I delete a bill payment that I set up through my mobile device?

When I try to enter an amount for a bill payment or transfer, I can’t enter any numbers, only letters. Why?

What if I can’t get my mobile device to work with Internet Banking?

place for at least 60 days from receipt of confirmation of your

mobiledepositfromtheBank.Duringthis60dayperiod,youagree

tomakethecheckavailabletoBlackhawkBankuponrequest.

■ After 60 days from the receipt of confirmation of your mobile

deposit fromBlackhawkBank,ensurethedepositpostedtoyour

accountstatement.Thenproperlydestroythecheckbyshredding

it.
