Dear Jackson Community, Community pride is an essential component of happy and healthy living. The Jackson Joint Parks & Recreation Deparmtent strives everyday to be one of the many sources of pride in our Jackson Community! We have been blessed with dedicated and talented staff, instructors, volunteers and committee members. These folks work tirelessly to earn your pride. Through the Jackson Area Community Center and the many beautiful parks, we are able to provide “Community through people, parks and programs”. EXPERIENCE SOMETHING NEW!!! Pickleball is a fun game that is played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34 inches at the center. It is played with a perforated plastic baseball (similiar to a whiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.

“Making Our Community A Place To Call HOME!”
Setting Up Your Online Account
41
Set up your individual and family Profile on the RecDesk Community portal
1. Click on the Create Account button to begin process of entering your Profile
2. Fill out all fields and click Save to complete the Profile setup process.
3. Be sure to do this for ALL FAMILY MEMBERS who will be registering for or paying for (Parents/Guardians) programs. New family members can be added by going to your profile page and clicking the Add New Group/Family Member link as shown below.
Please note, for the summer, all profiles will need to be approved so we can avoid family duplications with our current system. Approvals will be confirmed within 24 hours (it may take longer on weekends and holidays).
Thank you for your patience!
