Vortex Uses a Pitless Adapter System For Discharge

When using a platform tank and “U” tube connector, the discharge is controlled by a fixed distance from the bottom of the tank. When installation necessitates a deep tank, the discharge force main is unnecessarily deep. This, in turn, creates unnecessary trench load on the discharge connection. Consequently breakage of discharge connection pieces are undesirably common. In short, i t is poor engineering to bury your force main more than climate dictates.
