This guide will show you how to create client alerts in the system
Navigate to client alerts from home menu:
Once opened, the list of all Active client alerts in the system will be displayed as below:
From here, you can either create a new client alert in the system
CRM cheatsheet: client alertsOr, modify the existing client alert by selecting a specific client alert and clicking on the edit button Or deactivate a specific client alert by clicking on the Deactivate button.
To create a new client alert in the system, click on the new button and you will be presented with a blank form with some mandatory fields marked as (*)
Specify all the details such as the name for the alert, client the contact for whom the alert is set in the system, client case if any, select the category type as safety, family information or communications and set the expiry date and the status of the alert as active and save the record
Create client alerts in crm
Now navigate to the person record in CRM for whom the alert was created in the system:Upon opening the person record, the alert created for the person will be displayed in a pop up window:
Click on OK button and the corresponding background colour for the person record with client alert will be displayed as below:
