OPEN TO ALL AKC REGISTRABLE POINTING BREEDS over6 months of age. Pointing Breeds with an ILP may compete.BITCHES IN SEASON MAY COMPETE but only in JH and will be moved to last braces of the day. Please make note on entry form if you will be entering a bitch in heat in JH.

ENTRIES: Entries will close at 5:30 pm ET, Tuesday, March 1, 2016. Drawing will take place at 6:00 pm ET, Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at the address of the Trial Secretary. Entries limited to the number of dogs that can be run in available daylight hours. Entries will close when the limit has been reached, if this occurs prior to the specified closing date and time. Telephone entries or faxed entries will not be accepted. Emailed entries will be accepted.

No entry fees will be refunded if the Test cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Club. The Hunt Test Committee reserves the right to make changes only when necessary to ensure the smooth running of the event. AKC approved tracking collars are permitted.

Prizes:Standard AKC Rosettes to all qualifying dogs.

Title Medallion to all dogs who earn a title.

COURSES AND BIRDSAll courses will be a single course with a bird field. Only blank starter pistols may be used in the Junior Hunt Test. All live shooting will be done by official gunners. Liberated and native quail will be used in each test.

Directions:Take I-75 to Exit 218, Turn west on GA 20W proceed approximately 5 miles to Dorsey Rd. Turn R onto Dorsey heading north. * You will come to a fork about 1 mile, Stay to the left fork on Dorsey. Dorsey Rd will turn into a dirt road. Turn left(south) onto Wynn Drive, proceed to Gate on the left. Follow drive past house and around Equipment barn.

NOTE: There is construction on I-75 causing back up SB. Alternate route to avoid this area. Take Exit 235 (US-19/US-41, Griffin, Jonesboro), stay on 41 to GA 20E, Turn left (east) on 20 and proceed to Dorsey Rd, Turn left onto Dorsey Rd. and follow above directions. * WSB Radio 95.5 has traffic updates all weekend.

Notice to ExhibitorsIt is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of theirdogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee, be asked to leave the Trial site. In such case, no refund of any fees paid will be made.Please travel with dog's current health records.The wearing of blaze orange while in the hunt fields is required.

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog.
