CPS consists of three sub systems and fifteen guiding principles
The Operating system is focused on waste elimination using 6Sigma andlean tools. Guiding principles are; Chase Waste, Pull, Make ValueFlow, Drive Standard Work,Even the Load, and Validate ourprocesses
